January is the time for re-charging & wintering - it’s slow, damp and dark, so I’ve spent Wednesday evenings online in New York learning to make fabric books with @punto.y.linea.sobre.el.plano and @tatterbluelibrary - appliqué

I’ve been poorly with flu but managed to play with some stitch ideas for patches using sashiko geometric stitches - it’s been fun and relaxing and I’m on the mend now! #sashiko #repair #patches #slowstitch #mending
